Operations and Service Management

Operations and Service Management (OSM) is a newly formed unit that aims to provide world-class customer support to the University community. The OSM team aims to reinvent the way IT customer service is delivered on a university campus. The TechBar, a high-touch, casual, walk-up support service with a location in the Joseph Regenstein Library, is one innovative example of this unit’s work. OSM also oversees IT Services’s internal business office that manages budget, human resources, professional development, and overall administrative operations.
