During the fall of 2017, we have some changes planned for the back-end tools that provide you IT statements. The web-portlet application that you’ve become familiar with is a middleman between you and the main database that stores the data and though functional, is now almost a decade old and is limited in what it can do. We will soon have the opportunity to give you direct access to the data.

As that this new project draws near, we’ll reach out to all account administrators with details, timing, options for training, and other helpful information.
