The University of Chicago's Vice President for Communications authorizes individuals to send email messages to large groups on campus using the Self-Service Bulkmail. Generally, Self-Service Bulkmail is available only to those groups who need it to carry out the business of the University. Please fill out and submit this form to request authorization to use the Self-Service Bulkmail. You will be notified about the results within five business days.
