A new look for your login!

IT Services will modernize the login page that provides access to University systems with your CNetID.

ITS has redesigned the login page for all applications that you need to access with your CNetID and password. This change is planned for May 29, 2019.

You’ll notice an easy-to-use modern interface with less text. If you have questions about your accounts or access to any system, you can click on the question mark icon, and the help screen will appear to direct you to the appropriate technical team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this change affect my Duo login?

No. The new interface is only a design change and will not impact the Duo login. The Duo login will not change.

Does the process change?

The process does not change since it’s only a design update to the login page.

Where did the help text go?

You can find the help information if you click the question mark under the CNetID and password fields. A window will pop up with links to any support contacts or documentation.

Why is ITS making this change?

ITS is making this change because we wanted to modernize the interface and to address some frequent questions generated by the older design.

How was the new design determined?

IT Services collaborated internally with our Service Desk, Identity and Access Management, Web Services, and University Communications to create the new design. Once the design was approved, IT Services solicited user feedback from a diverse set of faculty, staff, and students on campus.
