The IT Partnerships area of IT Services works to identify centers of excellence in IT service delivery across campus and develop mechanisms to build on and scale the good work of those areas. Where advantageous, dotted line reporting relationships are established with University partner organizations. Together with the ITS senior leadership team, the IT Leadership Council, and stakeholders from across academic and administrative areas, a shared aspiration of building and maintaining strong IT partnerships is to co-create a new vision for campus IT service delivery organized around “core,” “common,” and “unique” service delivery categories.
